我下了一个国外写照片墙的模板，我在里面加了这三行链接，但它只显示英文。
中文字不显示（Dreamweaver和 浏览器里 都不显示中文字）
head里也写了 <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8"/>
什么原因？
